Dr. Jaipal Chand has done his M.B.B.S from L.L.R.M college Meerut in 1972 and M.D. Medicine in 1976. He was initially working in U.P.Goverment services from 1975 to 1990 and after it he established Tarawati Hospital in 1990 in the name of his mother late Smt. Tarawati. He is Founder and M.D. of this hospital and he is working as Chief Physician and Cardiologist since 1990.
